Abosolutely Not. The powers that be have openly stated they will ignore words and only go on actions. Calling a cease-fire will show reduced activity and will be seen as a win for the CCP community-atrocities.

Nothing beats face-to-face and it fosters a "Lets get things done" type environment. You can't "accidently" kill the call or flip-someone off off-screen when you are face-to-face. We want face-to-face interaction when it comes to the CSM.
